The Website is available to you subject to your acceptance, without alteration, these Terms of Use and all other operating rules and policies made available to you on or through the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. When accepted by you, these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Rumours.to, under the jurisdiction of the Madras High Court. To accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or on behalf of a legal entity, you must have the legal capacity to do so. This means that if you accept these Terms, you must be at least 18 years of age or have valid authorisation from your legal guardian. By accepting these Terms you confirm the foregoing. We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for the Service.
USING THE WEBSITE
The Website serves as a platform for getting to know and clarify rumours about you on our portal. All rumours you receive on this website are user created and any legal repercussions as such, must be dealt with by the said user.
The Users are free to decide whether and which rumours to show in public.
Regardless of how the Website is used, the user always remains anonymous when posting a rumour
You can register by creating an account on the Website or by using your social media account (e.g. Facebook, Twitter). Your login credentials can be used only by you. You must keep your login credentials confidential and safe. If you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must promptly notify us thereof. If you register on the site, you'll be given a default dp which you can change it later.

You might receive hatred messages from the users, these rumours might inadvertently be taxing or might sometime, result in negative criticism and feedback from other users. We request the users to stead lightly and to not take fellow users' opinions to heart.
Please note that by creating an account on the Website, an URL is created which can be distributed by anyone anywhere, which means that anyone anywhere with the URL is able to post rumours about you anonymously however you should approve to make it public. Not all rumours are desirable.
All rumours received are hidden by default (visible only to you), unless you show, it is not visible to public
If you do not accept the foregoing risks and considerations, do not use the Website. Using the Website is strictly voluntary.
USER CONTENT
